Piano Trio (2019)

This trio for violin, cello and piano is the result of my recent return to classical composing.  It was recorded at Collora Piano with outstanding playing by violinist Eunice Keem and cellist Jennifer Humphreys of the Dallas Symphony.

I also arranged this work for violin, clarinet and piano for a performance at the Basically Beethoven Festival in Dallas on July 7, 2019.

The piece was written in response to an invitation from the East Texas Music Teachers Association to honor my mother at the Helen Elbert Chamber Music Festival.
